"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. "

"Quite disappointing stay. The facilities are very dated and the lift very creaky. One of the lifts (the left one) felt like your foot was going to go through the floor. Bed was like lying in cement and the pillows paper thin. Tv was small and dark. Room ventilation did nothing.. was very cold. The receptionist, Steve, was on his phone on Grindr most of the time we interacted. When he wasn’t on his phone he had all these receipts on the table and said the books hadn’t balanced that night so he...

"Unfortunately the room wasnt clean properly even the shower had water on the floor breakfast only had few options and the parking fee was higher than even a regular holiday inn. The chair in the room had stains on it sofa innthe room had marks as welk and the bed lining was also coming off from everywhere. The only good thing was the staff at the reception other than that sorry had a veey bad experience "

"We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering."
