"Room wasn't available when I arrived. Was called earlier in the day to confirm reservation that was prepaid almost 3 months earlier. Breakfast was terrible. No orange juice the first day, no apple juice or orange juice the second day. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone!!"

"Photos were deceiving. Property is not well maintained. Bathroom was in awful condition. Son left with bites on his leg. Random hairs under the bedding."

"Property was very clean , quiet and pretty affordable. I paid the same price for an inn about an hour away and springhill was wayy nicer. What I didn't like was breakfast with no type of meat. Eggs and biscuits but no sausage, bacon ham nothing. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay again if visiting the area."

"This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. "Needed to print a document in the business center. Staff member stopped what he was doing and went out of his way to help. Room was quiet and just what I needed to complete work on a project. No time for the pool. But it looked great.. breakfast was OK totally adequate. No diet drinks, a minor disappointment."
