"The room was fine but there was construction taking place the entire stay. We could smell a strong odor of paint some days, some of the swimming areas were closed off, and we wanted to take in the ceremonies but were unable to find out where they took place"

Upon arrival, we did not receive the advertised shell lei greeting and had to request it after seeing other guests receive one. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. "We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and our stay was amazing. Our villa was beautiful. The washer/dryer wasn’t efficient but the fact there was a unit in our villa was a plus. The property is walking distance to the beaches. The pools are amazing. Our stay was everything we hoped for."

"Great place to stay if you are in Kauai! Staff were incredibly helpful and we felt comfortable. The place is gorgeous with great views of the ocean. There isn't a sandy beach that is part of the resort, just a rocky one. However, there is a beach with sand nearby that visitors frequent."
