"Such a fun experience! Very reasonably priced. The room was a studio and perfect for us with our two little kids. Wonderful balcony view and clean. We were planning on being out and about a lot, but ended up spending so much time around the hotel. We loved the pool, pickleball room, arcade, mini golf, restaurants, and big bears in the lobby. We can’t wait to come back another time!"

We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...
