"The hotel is close to the airport and the city of McKinleyville. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is okay. I enjoy their freshly brewed coffee. The premade breakfast burritos and egg sausage sandwiches are satisfactory. Overall, the property is well maintained and very clean. Our flight from Tucson to Seattle was delayed by several hours. We lost our first night stay at the hotel, which had been paid in advanced. And our first day for our rental car as well. I asked for a refund but...

"Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hope you’re not there cause you want the breakfast. Food was absolutely atrocious gray meat have cooked potatoes. The hotel itself isn’t bad but their breakfast is one of the worst I’ve ever seen."

"Fridge was broken. No staff in the lobby just a teleprompter with a webcam. Shady ass people that live there on site and let dogs run around without a leash or collar. Sketchy area. Room was dirty and towels were stained. Not safe at night people loitering around."

"The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The property is dated but well maintained. My only issue was due to being a woman traveler, the doors to the room wings do not close all the way and were not locked, so anyone off the street can wander in."

"I loved the architecture and historical photographs. The room was clean. The hallway leading to the room had a strong unpleasant odor, but the room smelled better. We were able to let the fresh air in with large windows. The restaurant, Tomo, was great! The shower flooded the bathroom floor because the water pressure was so high it splattered on the floor even with the shower curtain draped inside the tub. Great black out curtains, but you can hear everyone's business as they laughed and...

"Good for a night stand. Really old place."

"Horrible location…. On a 3 lane one way road and property is chain link fenced in. We were on the bottom floor. Deadbolt didn’t work and the latch lock had a latch and not the lock so we did not feel safe in that room. All advertising sites were misleading ….leading off with the beautifully lighted forest path and saying that they are on a nature reserve! They couldn’t be farther from that atmosphere. Live and Learn."

"The Eureka Inn has a lot of history, beautiful lobby with fireplace, rooms are clean and nice. It could have a bar and a restaurant but that has been closed since Covid. Staff is one person on the front desk , it has potential, but it seems there is just not enough customers to support it."

"Istayed at the hotel for a week.It reeked of mold. We found mold underneath the bed. They were supposed to move us to a different room. They never did. The refrigerator didn't work. I had to argue with them to get a refrigerator the room was facing the alleyway next to dumpsters. We're a lot of homeless we're smoking drugs.Meth pipes on the ground said they sort of continental breakfast.There was nothing there but a packet of instant oatmeal and a still no name granola bar, they considered that...
