"This property is mediocre. The breakfast is tolerable, no more. Interesting enough, there is a restroom in the food area. That is very strange. No kitchen or prep area that I saw. Don't expect any service even trash pickup unless you are staying a minimum of three nights. Save your towels, you will need them. I expect you can do better for the money in Show Low."

"Our room was clean and appeared to be updated. Everything was well cared for, the front and breakfast staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was fresh, with a variety of foods. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express. It’s excellent! "

"Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards."

"Never been there in Show Low,AZ and had the opportunity to stay at Motel 6 for the night but was having a little trouble getting a ride to the airport, fortunately the owner/manager stepped up and volunteered in assisting me with this dilemma even though it was very early. "Enjoyed our stay very much! We had an early check in at 11am for only an additional $25. We were in Pinetop for a wedding. Beds were very comfortable, and room was very clean. Breakfast had a nice assortment of selections, but don't pass up the coffee! It's made there in Pinetop, the Apache Blend Dark Roast was amazing! For an older hotel, it's very well kept and fits right into the gorgeous surroundings."

"Fun place to stay, the coffee shop is great with excellent service. Our airstream unit was well stocked, clean, and spacious. Our only issue was the check out at 10:00 am. That is early, and we had assumed it to be at 11:00. (Our mistake!) At 10:01, someone was advising us we had to leave. He could have definitely been nicer about it and a little more accommodating; there were just a couple units occupied, we just wished that would have been handled differently."
