"Room was clean, however bathroom needs some attention…… rain shower head was coming away from roof, switch over action to change from overhead shore to hand shower did nit work. Toilet seat was extremely loose, and gaps in glass shower box had large gaps and leaked all over floor."

"Staff were extremely friendly helpful and courteous. Pool was polluted for 2 days before it was closed for repairs. People swam in dirty unfiltered water with associated health risks. Room was functional with kitchen and small laundry combined with bathroom. Additional bed was pull down from fake cupboard. A little inconvenient but comfortable and clean. Overall a positive experience very close to Port Denarau marina."

"Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "

Our trip and experience had some bumps in the beginning, as the parts of the property and rooms are under construction (due to be completed in October 2026). The staff went above and beyond to make it right, and blew us away with their Fijian hospitality that knows no equal. Our stay was magical a filled with memories we will carry with us forever."

"A somewhat older property in good repair and possessed of much charming character. Located steps from Wailoaloa beach but without the noise and crowds of the beach clubs. As a family operated hotel the owners are involved in daily operations. The restaurant shows the top local rating on Google Maps. Portions are ample. "

"This is a beautiful location with extremely welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was provided with many options all served with generous portions. The air conditioning turned a very warm room to a lovely cooled environment within minutes of putting on. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this location if you want a quiet and relaxed holiday. "Club Fiji was a great little jumping off spot before our trip to the outer islands with a very reasonable price point. it is close to the airport, restaurant on site and shuttle service. We stayed in a regular room at the back which was just ok, and then in a bungalow beachside for a few days before leaving Fiji which was lovely and well worth the upgrade price. Staff were very lovely and helpful. Restaurant convenient but food average. "
