"Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! "We arrived and we're upgraded which was nice. The room was clean and modern. We wanted to use the spa and had to pay £10.00 per hour pp which wasn't expected. Then the steam room wasnt very hot so that was disappointing. This should of been mentioned before we booked. The breakfast was good. Not somewhere I would visit again in a hurry. Very pricey for what it is."

"Nice hotel, definitely needs re glazing especially on the main road facing side. Significant road noise all night louder than the air con unit. (Quieter at heathrow).! Would suggest as a minimum additional layer of glazing on this side tto help reduce noise."

"This hotel should not be listed on Expedia! This Hotel is being used to house Asylum seekers. It was filthy, the bedding was stained. There was loud music playing at 12:30am from a function happening in the property. There are no keys to the hotel rooms, they're on digital door codes - which made me feel very unsafe that anyone could get into the room if they had the same combination code. I did not feel safe at all. I did not stay at the hotel. I am now trying to get my refund from Expedia."
