"Comfortable beds and well priced for the area. Good facilities i nthe services. Bathroom was not the cleanest, and breakfast was overpriced for what it was - especially given the charge for the children vs what was on offer, how much they ate and the refusal to cook eggs fresh for them."

"Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! "Nice hotel, definitely needs re glazing especially on the main road facing side. Significant road noise all night louder than the air con unit. (Quieter at heathrow).! Would suggest as a minimum additional layer of glazing on this side tto help reduce noise."

"My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows. "We arrived and we're upgraded which was nice. The room was clean and modern. We wanted to use the spa and had to pay £10.00 per hour pp which wasn't expected. Then the steam room wasnt very hot so that was disappointing. This should of been mentioned before we booked. The breakfast was good. Not somewhere I would visit again in a hurry. Very pricey for what it is."
