"Brilliant fridge like AC!!! Reception area v modern and clean. Room good size, modern, clean. very nice Excellent breakfast with exceptional staff both days. Big car park though only 2 x EV chargers, one VERY slow 1st night and didnt work at all 2nd night, so dont reply on these!! "

"Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!"

"This is a decent place for an overnight stay- however the one thing to bear in mind is there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. I stayed on the hottest day of the year and quite honestly the rooms were like saunas--literally. it was unbearably hot. I had some cheese and chocolate with me and by morning it was all melted to mush, it was that warm. So just be aware this is an issue here if its warm outside"

"We had a standard room which was clean and well equipped with good air conditioning - which was needed. The only small downside was that no one came to ask what we wanted to drink with our breakfast so we had to approach one of the staff. Very good buffet lunch."

Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! "Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, keurige kamers, fijne bedden, goede douche. Schoon. De pub om de hoek is gezellig en heeft een fijne bar en goed ontbijt. Echt een heel fijn verblijf gehad! De kamers zijn ook fijn stil! "

"Our second visit and we would be happy to stay again. Set in a lovely olde worlde part of Shepperton it is a nice quiet location very close to the river. Lovely bar area and restaurant with an out door area to sit and watch the river life. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable, water pressure for the shower was a bit low but adequate. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay."
