"Hotel was fine but would not return due to highway noise. Also guest room doors do not have a gentle close so they make a very loud sound when a guest walks through their room and lets the door close, or rather slam behind them."

"This hotel was lovely! Easy location to get everywhere we needed. The room was large, toilet and shower were separate from the sink which we absolutely love! We didn’t get to use breakfast, pool etc but if we had stayed longer we would have for sure! Everything was clean and there was so much space in the room to spread everything out. "

"The breakfast was very poor, with few options. The hotel has serious issues with its cleaning staff; during our stay, everyone in the hotel had to leave their trash in the hallways, and our rooms were not cleaned—there was only one person working for the entire hotel. They need to find a solution to this."

"When we arrived at the hotel they told us they didn't have a room for us because they were under construction and the type of room (a two bedroom suite) we booked wasn't available. Something that probably should have been communicated before our arrival. After pushing the front desk clerk to do something since we did have a reservation she offered to put us into two rooms which was not ideal as it either meant our teenage kids would be in a room alone, or my husband and I would be split up with...

"The Front desk Staff is Horrible, the breakfast was no good enough, pool was close, Vending Machine products are expensive and the Marihuana Smell was all over the Hall. They need to do better with Smoking Rooms. They need to do some restrictions."
