"Lovely trip to the Stockyards! We were thrilled to see that our hotel was right in the mix of the daily cattle drive. Everything was perfect…staff friendly and helpful, clean rooms, and great breakfast spread…we’ll be back!"

"Beautiful hotel, great location in the stockyards! Nice breakfast! The only thing is we paid a lot of money for 2 rooms and then we have to make the sofa bed ourselves…..plus it only have one very thin blanket. Asked for more, but was never delivered by housekeeping. "

"The location is very good. Unfortunately they require you to do valet parking which costs $25 per day. I was not happy that they forced me to give them my keys. This should be disclosed when you book the rooms. "

"I honestly don’t know where to begin—this was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were dead bugs on the bed, which is completely unacceptable anywhere, let alone a place that’s supposed to provide a clean and safe place to sleep. The linens were in terrible condition—thin, torn, and full of holes. It felt like nothing had been properly cleaned or maintained in a very long time. The entire room had a grimy, neglected feel. "Clean, and great location "

"There was one day where our room was not serviced, so we were short on towels. When we went downstairs to ask for bath towels, the front desk worker said there were none available and so we had to use hand towels. We did enjoy having an indoor hot tub, but the indoor pool was too cold to get in. "

"Upon check-in, the evening attendant was very nice and willing to help, but he did warn us after I requested a room away from the elevator that they were limited on space so low and behold, I received a room by the elevator, which I have to say we didn’t hear it throughout the night however we did hear the air conditioner and it was loud and it made an off ringing noise that did not allow my wife and I to sleep, but of course the kids slept then the pool was cold and the hot tub had large...

"Clean good location great staff "

"Parking was easy, staff was amazing and welcoming, rooms were serviced everyday of our stay and breakfast was top tier. Only issue I ever had was the bed being a little stiff ( as all hotel beds are), and it being a bit noisy after hours (it’s going to be noisy next to a major highway)."
