"It was a last minute reservation and didn’t know about this hotel chain before, they’re good for short stays"

"Clean, updated rooms. Housekeeping did open the door without knocking while we were there but thankfully we had the deadbolt locked. "

"Clean. Large rooms. Only complaint is the bathroom has a frosted glass door so when using the bathroom at night it lights up yhe entire room. Breakfast was ok. Skipped it our second morning Cant complain much when its free. "

Floor had stains, furniture worn, beds were not comfortable. one of my guest had white lint in his hair from linens on bed. Air unit was full of dust and room smelled musty. I would not choose to stay there again. I considered checking out the first night at midnight, but because of the hassle one must endure when booking via 3rd party company, I stayed, but...

"The first morning of our stay it stormed. I walked into the living area to find that water had come in under that door. They had some come in to put some weather stripping around the door a couple of days later. Three of the channels went out. I talked to gentleman and he said the would reset the tvs in my room. Never happened. I talked to the lady at the desk the next day to inform her that they were still out. She offered to give me the number so that I could call the company responsible. Then...

"I have stains on my bed sheet and comforter. Went downstairs and told them, the front desk guy told me there is no room service at this time so he can only give me new bed sheet and I can change it myself. The next day, no offer of switching rooms. I would not stay there ever again."
