"Ive been going there for over 35 years and have never had a issue until my last visit were my room wasn't ready at check in fine then I finally get to my and not what I paid for which was a king bed..I said something they compensated me something fair not done yet...next morning I realized the face wipe towel left hanging to dry face was still full of what looked to be make up..gross ...again they compensated me a little more. All are nice but the urgency to find out a correct the situation...

"The breakfast was very good and the items changed daily. The room was clean. The only downfall of our stay was the shuttle which only operated at 7:10 AM and the return time was earlier than the park closures. In addition, there were no direct shuttles to Epcot. So we had to park at Epcot and Animal Kingdom, each time costing $35.00."

"My daughter and I stayed in the 1 bedroom penthouse. It was beautiful! We had views of the Disney World fireworks nightly. The staff communicated very well with me via text regarding housekeeping regularly because I had a Do Not Disturb on my door. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!"

"We will be staying here again. Breakfast was top notch-great options. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't utilize the shuttle for Animal Kingdom, wasn't the best timing for park closing. Didn't really understand paying for parking but other than that, we look forward to returning in February."

"There was an additional room with sofa bed. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave and full fridge. Excellent room. The breakfast was decent. We stayed there 8 days. I just wished they chsnge the menu a bit each day. It was same items every day. There was a fun zone for the kids. And the pool was great. Overall great experience."

"Recominedo ampliamente este hotel. La habitacion estaba muy limpia y cuenta con frigobar y cafetera. En la recepcion hay un minisuper con precios bastantes accesibles. A poca distancia de los parques y el personal que nos atendio muy amables.Una mencion especial a Jennifer de restaurante que a pesar de que la vimos en la mañana en el desayuno y despues nos atendio en la noche en el bar tuvo una excelente actitud."
