"The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious. We initially reserved a room with the bunkbed, which was very nice. It was a bit dusty, but nice. There was a major issue with the water pressure in the entire hotel. Many guest complained about this. The water in the bath room shower started trickling on our first night by the second night it was almost nonexistent. Couple that with not having any hot water. "The room was clean, but the restroom door would get stuck causing a loud noise every time it was opened or closed. Breakfast was good, they had a differently variety every day but always had great berry waffles."

"The indoor pool and amenities are not for everyone..I got sick walking through to front desk ..the ventilation needs serious work..this is a motel not hotel but price reflects that ..I wish I could have enjoyed the stay since it rained the entire time there...was clean .. no beach access..was told we could walk across street and get in water but don't take anything over or they would make us leave.."

The staff appeared to not want to help, asking for extra towels was a task. The entire building smells mildew/musty. The facility is very worn and needs updates."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"The room was damp with an odor. The shower curtain was outside of the tub by several inches so water got on the floor. The staff were very helpful but the facility wasn't great."

"I wasn’t expecting 5 star since it was an extended stay. However, it was over 100 a night so I expected a basic level of cleanliness. Appliances are rusty. Strong mildew smell. Someone shaved their public area in the shower and left plenty of evidence. No toiletries other than paper and a tiny bar of soap. 4 nights-no housekeeping service. I left out early in the mornings 4am. Several random people wondering around outside at that time. There is a Walmart close by so I got cleaning supplies...
