"Everything was perfect other than my daughter found a dirty bandaid in her bed. That was the only issue. Other than breakfast ends at 9:30 and my husband was making his food and they grabbed it up while he was making it. They should let guests finish making their plate if food is still out."

"There is no sign in rooms that you will be changed for water . No one at front desk notified us about that too , why put water on table if you gonna charge 6$ for it !!! Without telling us . We didn’t find out till we checked out that we going to be charged . Also to go to pool you have to go to front desk to ask for a pool towels and when you are across the whole hotel ."

"The staff was nice! Breakfast needs an upgrade for sure. Area rugs need to be replaced and cleaned Regularly. The beds were nice and plenty of storage. The towels could be thicker, but did the job. The location was good, and I highly recommend McGuires Restaurant for dining."

"If you are looking for a budget friendly place. You can come here. The breakfast isn’t good always eggs and sausage no bacon lol but it’s okay."

"The staff was accommodating when there were loud guests above us and got our room moved quickly. The television was malfunctioning in the new room and they quickly came to swap it out. The only issue was when housekeeping cleaned the room they didn't place a comforter on the bed which resulted in it being too cold for the kids and there was no comforter available when we called. Other than that the front desk staff were very helpful."

"Room was neat, clean, and was very spacious There was also great breakfast options. Staff was great as well. I was always greeted by them when passing by in the hall. Free parking and the walk to the beach was very short which was a plus! Great stay!"

"Master bath was small and not updated. Shower head was pretty bad. Otherwise a great condo right on the beach. Need to put instructions for trash being we were on first floor there were no trash chutes and no dumpster access."

"First, it is rude to speak another language with your coworkers when serving customers (I believe it was an Indian dialect). I speak Spanish and prefer to talk in private. The room was covered in mold, including the walls, ceiling, fridge, bathroom, and lamps. Also, the ceiling has water damage, which is causing the paint to peel. The bed sheets were worn out and needed to be replaced; the microwave wasn't working; and the fridge had a bad smell and wasn't cooling properly."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...
