"No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable.
On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time.
Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about. I only ate half the breakfast, and I was only offered the cooked breakfast (with some fruit and toast).

"Staff were all very super helpful and friendly. Claire made our stay very special, her kindness and attention to customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time anywhere.
A great place to stay for a short break, clean rooms, comfortable beds, unlimited breakfast. Good value for money, 15 min walk to bus services from road behind hotel to station and shopping centre. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had an excellent experience. The staff provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary feel truly special by beautifully decorating the room. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only disappointment was that the steam room was not working during our visit, which was a shame as we had been looking forward to using it. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the care...
