New property. Lovely staff. No hot water and no heating in Room 306 Hillman Suite. Provided feedback to the lovely receptionist.
This hotel has the opportunity to be something great but facilities issue need urgent attention or it will undermine the good work of your customer facing staff. Customer facing staff and clients have been let down here.
