"Our first time at an all-inclusive resort, absolutely perfect in every way!"

"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "

"Very disappointed in our stay. No hot water in our suite showers on 2 occasions. We encountered 2 Broken elevators at the property. Our first room 2022 in the older part of the resort had a broken Hot tub. Paint bubbling and peeling off the ceiling in the bathrooms. Heavily Stained towels. In need of several repairs. Our next room We tried several dishes from room service they were all mediocre to not good. We found an open “staple “ yes staple in our carrot cake. "

"I enjoyed my stay so much. Nice living room with kitchen, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Air conditioning and Netflix in bedroom. Delicious breakfast. 15 minute walk to the beach."

"Brand new hotel so everything is new & clean. Beautiful modern design. Staff were very helpful especially Jaime, German, Humberto and Adriana. Rooftop pool was amazing but water was a bit too warm. We did try to eat at the rooftop restaurant on Wednesday night and it was closed. Too bad the surrounding empty lot did nor offer a nice view plus no balcony. Overall very good hotel!"
