"A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. "

"The hotel was excellent, but the service in the restaurant, especially for breakfast was not good. We had to chase our cooked breakfast 3 times, and waited for over 30 minutes. TBF they apologised and the breakfast was deducted from our bill. The housekeeping staff, especially Sally were more than excellent, and went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable. "Beautiful and comfortable room and bathroom. Very well equipped and exceptional provisions. Excellent breakfast. Great evening meal. Limited motorbike parking (lethal gravel) but found a spot on entrance paths."

"We stayed in the newly refurbished annex at the back of the property. A very quiet, cool room for a hot Saturday night stay. Exceptionally clean with everything you could want including tea/coffee making facilities & chocolate biscuits. Costs were higher than normal as event on at the St Mary’s Stadium but still a great stay despite the inflated price."
