"Breakfast was good. Dinner was okay it is not freshly cooked on site but heated packaged meals, but served well. The bar was sell stocked, there isn't much around the Inn you would have to drive. No phone in the rooms, my Mother in law had an issue with her toilet running so she had to dress and go downstairs to the desk as her cell phone did not have service. However, the issue was resolved quickly. Staff was friendly."

"A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. "

He didn’t know we had pre-paid for buffet breakfast so had to find details of booking to show him. The staff on in the morning were totally different; very friendly and helpful. "We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious.
