"We have stayed at Leonardo twice waiting for cruises to come into Port so it is very convenient, however during both stays we were shoveled around to different rooms due to one problem or another. The hotel, no matter how convenient to the port will no longer be our hotel of choice when in Southampton. The maintenance has been deferred too long and the bathrooms are unfriendly to older people. Getting in and out of the bathtub is difficult and dangerous. Their staff is great, breakfast tasty, but the hotel has seen its better days."

They were so loud that they woke us every morning with their catch up chats. Otherwise everything was perfect...large rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and lots of parking. "
