"Clean and functional. No complaints."

"The location was nice around lots of food options. The room was clean."

"Design and the ambience."

"The closest elevator was down and I'm handicapped so I had to walk to the farther one every time, and there was a leak the whole time that we were there where the floor was wet and smelled like sewage. The room was very dark and had no overhead lights and the faucet in the bathroom was set far back so that the water would go all over the place but not in the sink. It wasn't very enjoyable. On a nicer note, the breakfast was great and the people serving it and maintaining the place we're very...

"Our bathroom door was tricky to open...i shut the door all the way and couldn't get it back open. It had to be opened from the other side, so I'm glad I wasn't alone. Otherwise, it was clean and the beds were comfy!"

"Clean and quiet. No complaints"

"The lady at the front desk at check out was very nice, the way she asked about our experience was genuinely kind. The breakfast was good. The only downside was that the gel shower dispenser in the bathtub was empty and the toilet seat was shabby."

"Stay here often. Always clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and kickback. Staff friendly. Older property so doesn’t have the bar/kitchen to order drinks and food."

"had the king suite and it was very roomy and clean. all staff super helpful and very nice pool was too cold but weather is just changing so i figured thats why A+ all around"

"The front desk was very helpful and the cleaning staff was so friendly and thorough. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was clean. All and all great experience and couldnt ask for anything more."

"The tv and remote never worked properly, even though staff came and looked at it and said it was fine. Very frustrating."

"Clean and comfortable room. Newer furniture and nicely equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was sparkling clean with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries a unique touch. Delicious breakfast buffet with fine options above and beyond the usual breakfast options at hotels. Lovely stay overall"

"Clean but wish I had coffee maker in my room"

"The rooms and hotel were very clean. Checking in was a breeze. On day one after a late dinner and so much driving we got back to the hotel and realized that it was that time of the month for our daughter. Dreading having to go out, we went to the front desk hoping they had some feminine products for sale...while they did not. Julius who was managing the front desk that evening went ABOVE and BEYOND! Not only did he track some down for my daughter, he also was kind enough to drop them off at...

"I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!! Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!"
