"Clean and functional. No complaints."

"The location was nice around lots of food options. The room was clean."

"Nice a neat!"

"I have stayed in worse places, but not by much. I could see outside through the door ( 3 of the 4 sides. Roaches everywhere, some were killed and still stuck to the wall. Shower curtain about to fall down. Room stink and sheets were off color and stained. Should have went somewhere else! You get what you pay for! Travelers beware of this property!"

"Design and the ambience."

"Clean and quiet. No complaints"

"The closest elevator was down and I'm handicapped so I had to walk to the farther one every time, and there was a leak the whole time that we were there where the floor was wet and smelled like sewage. "I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!! Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!"

"had the king suite and it was very roomy and clean. all staff super helpful and very nice pool was too cold but weather is just changing so i figured thats why A+ all around"

"The lady at the front desk at check out was very nice, the way she asked about our experience was genuinely kind. The breakfast was good. The only downside was that the gel shower dispenser in the bathtub was empty and the toilet seat was shabby."

"★★★★★ Great overnight stay Stayed one night and it was exactly what I needed. Check-in was quick and easy — the lady at the front desk was very helpful and responsive, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable — slept great. The place is well-kept, and the location made getting in and out simple. For a short stay in the West Chester area, I’d definitely stay here again."
