"This place is great!!! We have stayed twice over the past few months!! The only thing I would suggest is for the pillows to be bigger. Love the feel of the pillows they have!!!"

"Room looked clean and I was excited to get a shower and a good night sleep. However, when I went into the bathroom at closer look there was hair in all the corners, the shower, the toilet, pretty lazy cleaning. Half used toilet paper roll left to be used which of course you don’t want to be using some other person butt wiping hands on your TP, the tissue box had like two tissues left in it, the body wash and conditioner bottles had about two presses left in the bottle so I had to use the shampoo. No exhaust fan or was broken After shower, I couldn’t adjust the thermostat which I believe was just broken and wouldn’t work at all. So I called down and the front desk woman was pleasant, nice, and set up a change of rooms. I was planning on switching rooms but I hadn’t gotten rest for days and accidentally fell asleep and was out until morning. And horribly I woke up to the room being infested with bugs. I’m pretty sure it was only fleas and little flying things but hoping to God no bed bugs. I am unfortunately am very allergic to flea bites and going into beginnings of anaphylaxis. It’s absolutely awful, it makes me feel frozen and like it’s impossible to do anything and swells my body and messes my breathing up. It’s not very dangerous unless I get bit for days on end. It’s hell for me and I’m praying to god I don’t transfer any to my car and home. Overall I’m way worse off than I was before the stay. Front desk people next morning didn’t act surprised and were no help"

"This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Cincinnati. Our kids love the indoor pool, we love grilling dinner in the courtyard, and the complimentary breakfast is great! Convenient location. "

"My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby. So to warm up leftovers at 10:30pm we had to go to the lobby? Kind of weird but we were right by the lobby so not a huge deal either…just odd. Breakfast was ok. There were 2 warming pans: one had small omelets, the other was split and one side was chopped up bacon and the other was potatoes. There was a fridge with Chobani yogurts and hard boiled eggs. There was 2 juice machines with OJ, apple juice, cranberry(?) and maybe water? They also had a couple containers with shredded cheese and salsa for your omelet. Then there was a circle table that had bananas & oranges, another case had 2 different muffins, a couple different bagels, and some bread slices. Most of these were individually wrapped in Saran Wrap. There was some dry cereals and oatmeal, too. Coffee was offered 24/7. We wanted some ice and couldn’t find a bucket so my daughter had brought a small cooler that she filled with ice. Later after Matt Rife show, we noticed someone had stocked paper buckets by the ice machine. "
