"Sent an email to say we were arriving late, no response. When we arrived there were two receptionists. One was with guests the other was working on the computer and failed to acknowledge us for several minutes. Very poor first impression - no problem letting her finish doing was she was in the middle of but a simple smile and I will be with you in a minute would have gone a long way after a long journey"

"The rooms are quite small but have everything you need. Excellent location. Easy to get to a lot of tourist attractions- bus and train stops close by. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Altho we paid for breakfast, we ate out. It smelled good from front desk 🙂 My only negatives were a) needing to carry luggage up narrow staircase despite having a ‘lift’ ((elevator) and b) that you can hear everything from other rooms, the hall and the street-we had room facing street so we had to keep...

"The rooms were of good size, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Food was very good. Internet is fast and stable. There are games for kids (pinball, table soccer,...). The public transport is near by (less than 5 mins away). By public transport (bus+tram) it takes ~50-60mins to get to Venice (Piazzale Roma). This worked well for us as we've spent the whole day in Venice."
