Everyone was so nice there! our TV didn't work and they had someone there to check on it even before my husband got back from walking down to the front desk! The problem never got resolved but they did give me a gift when I checked out. It worked fine for us!"

"The staff was AMAZING, from front desk to the Camp Fire restaurant- every single person was helpful and friendly. Loved having the suites in another building but still next to the parking garage and short walk to the main building- even in 24 degree weather it was a cinch. The digital key service was wonky and not effective, but having a physical key was nbd. Def stay again!!"

"Came up to winter hike some of the high peaks and this was a perfect spot. Very clean, seamless check-in/out, straight to the point motel. One of the better options out of the lot to choose from in Lake Placid. Will be staying here again. "
