"We had 2 nights stay at the Royal Swan. We had a great welcome at check in and the room was spacious with a good bathroom. It wad very hot while we were there and we would have been grateful for aircon or even a fan. However it was really good value for money."

"Stayed with my Cavapoo and the all the staff especially Sophia on the front desk were fantastic. Veggie breakfast was really good with best veggie sausages ! Great to sit on the terrace with good WiFi to be able to work on the Friday outside. Highly recommend the place to stay even though I do not play golf or used the pool."

"There were two restaurants near one Greek and one Latin American we tried the latter and it was good, the Greek one was closed Monday. Staff were welcoming, small family run hotel so personal. Nice bar area. Breakfast was included (continental) but they did offer boiled eggs or bacon bap or sausage bap in the morning."

"Great place to stay prior to boarding a cruise. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at Winnie’s restaurant was excellent but for dinner or snacks they did not have most of the things on the limited menu."

"The property was over- priced for the value. I paid over $300 for a room that was worth $150. The property has no elevator and is not accessible for anyone with limited mobility. Would not stay there again."

"The bedding and towels were lovely and clean, couldn't fault. The shower tray left a lot to be desired, along with the shower mat and windowsill. There was no way of opening/closing the windows as they were too high. The same with the curtains. A long bamboo rod attached to the top could help with opening/closing? Staff? Hardley saw a soul in the 4 days I was there. The breakfast was sufficient for what I needed."

"I stayed in a ground floor room, number 22. The room itself was not too bad, a bit tired maybe with things like a stained desk chair, stained carpet and so on. The parking facilities were good although on one occasion I had to call for help when the slow-to-raise exist barriers still hadn't moved after a minute of waiting. "The hotel was great the air conditioning could not cool the room off enough for our liking during the heat dome we experienced. The breakfast was very nice the restaurant was imho over priced for what you got and the younger staff could have smiled and been a little friendlier."
