"The desk staff were very inviting, the room and bathroom were very clean and parking was plentiful. We only stayed one night but it was a great experience. The location is also great, a number of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend!"

"This is a no frills hotel. It worked for the one night we stayed there, but it’s far from luxurious. The bed was comfortable, the room wasn’t large and the bathroom could have used some updating. Our room wasn’t ready until about 15 minutes after the check-in time. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. I’m not a picky coffee drinker, but this coffee wasn’t good. The only other options were apple juice and iced tea, and neither tasted right. Small sitting area for breakfast on the weekends. "

"It was a terrible stay The place smelled terrible when we walked in. The floors were dirty in the entrance. We got to our room and it was a king room and had three completely useless pillows. The bed was extremely lumpy. The bathroom was not clean. There was what appeared to be a bloodstain on the toilet seat and on the shower.current. the only thing good about it at all was the location to Salve Regina where we had a graduation today. I realize the price was only 165 and they gave it a 2 star...

The bathroom was small, but that's what one should expect from a classic old building. The fact that they maintain it so well is amazing, and a real credit to the innkeeper(s)."
