"Nice property, well maintained. Very convenient as it was right next to Lime Street Railroad station. Unfortunately the room was an oven. With temperatures running in the mid-80's, it was HOT. No A/C, and the window only opens an inch. Not enough fresh air getting in the room. We spent a hot night with a loud fan running. Not a pleasant stay. Lodging in this part of the world needs to get into the 21st century and get some level of temperature control."

"all good really, Just upset on the friday night there was no bar open. We had to go to petrol station to buy wine instead and had it in our room. Reception very friendly. Also no signs on the main road to say where the hotel was. Its set back from main road but address says edge lane. Its behind shell garage if we knew that it would have been big help."

"The hotel is good for the price, however the room we were in lacked any sort of adequate ventilation, we struggled to open the extremely heavy window and had to put a waste bin in the space to keep it open to try and get some fresh air. Our attempts unfortunately didn't make much of a difference to the extremely hot and stuffy room. My pillow was wet due to perspriring . I also found the bedside lights ineffective for reading, and had to move the table lamp from the dressing table so I could...

"Friendly and helpful owner, Pail who made us feel welcome on arrival. Shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and to eat only issue is that the steps leading to the entrance not easy to access with heavy luggage."

"Facilities good but no staff very impersonal. No check in desk just sent a PIN number via e mail to access the accommodation Had to speak to t bar staff downstairs. For advice No lift allocated a room on the second floor had to lug heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs no body to help us . Would not stay here again"

"Friendly and accommodating when we need to leave the car prior to an event and before check in at 3pm. Breakfast was reasonable and part of a deal booked through Expedia. When asked for fresh items, provided these. Had gf options also for breakfast. Reception open 24 hours but no out of hours food options on our return on Sunday as advertised or informed. Bar available and reasonably priced. Have used the same hotel when visiting area before and would happily return."
