"This was probably one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The staff coordinate everything from your boat to the island, your arrival and welcome tutorial, to your departure. The rooms are unreal; absolutely stunning. The spa was incredible. The free yoga class was a wonderful benefit. And the included breakfast was amazing. "The property needs upkeep in the type of room I stayed. The mattress is ultra hard, I woke up with a backache my first night. Also mattress need to be checked for bed bugs. A bad sewage smell was coming out of the bathroom pipes & I had to keep the bathroom glass door closed. Also, hotel could probably provide a bug repellent air freshener, because bugs come inside whenever the door is opened. "Breakfasts were really good, so much variety and had the choices how you want your eggs. The staffs are extremely cordial and helpful. Our room was by the swimming pool, just go out on the patio and go down 2 steps and here you are. It’s like having your own swimming pool. Really enjoyable"
