"Really lovely week. The property and the location are beautiful. The facilities, restaurants, etc. were all excellent. I would very much recommend it as a pleasant, relaxing holiday resort in a really beautiful spot. The service was very friendly and helpful but sometimes not quite hitting the standards I think they were aiming for - but only in little things, such as running out of menus one evening. The management of the airport transfers, which was important, was seamless."

"Beautiful hotel overall, with a beautiful garden, excellent buffete breakfast, nearby restaurants options for lunch and dinner, premium beach zone, you really feel you’re hosting within nature. It has speeedboat service to Krabi, Phuket, and long tail service for tours to the nearby islands and to Phi Phi center, these transfers service at a additional cost."

If you have mobility issues, you will have to walk up two or three floors or walk a long way to the one elevator and back to your room. Worst hotel in our trip. Definately not 5 stars. "まわりに観光地はないため、空港に夜遅く着く場合や朝早く出る場合に限った用途になると思うが、タイもホテル価格が上がっている中、5000円クラスのホテルとしては部屋も広く清潔で良い。空港まではホテルでタクシーを呼ぶと250Bだがグラブだと150B～200Bで予約できる。徒歩圏内にアウトレットはあるが特に日本人が買うようなものはない。一方で巨大なロータス（スーパー）がとても品揃えが良くおみやげを買うのにも良い。レストランやフードコートも入っている。"

"I had an early morning departure from Krabi Airport, so I stayed one night at this hotel, which offered free transportation to and from the airport. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. There was only a small soap and a small shampoo, but since it is a budget hotel, it was not a problem. There is a cafe nearby called GOODYUM where you can get meals, and a supermarket a 10-minute walk away. "
