"I enjoyed stay at The Rise Osaka Universal bayside. It is perfect place for family of 4. It has two bedrooms so we can have a good night sleep, not like small hotel room. The bed mattresses are firm and comfortable after a long day walk. The breakfast was great and the hot spring was so relaxing and clean. I enjoyed the outside hot tub because cool air kept me stay longer in the hot tub. And if you are a young adults, the walk to the station is not too bad. maybe just 5 to 10 min walk. Location is great and it was perfect for me and my old parents."

"Beautiful hotel, elegant and well thought through from the free shuttle to downtown and from the train station to the convenience store on the main floor. We stayed in a triple room and had lots of space. One of the elevators was glass giving you an incredible view of the harbour. Pillows were a bit odd but you can ask for a softer set. Kettle and AC in every room. We loved it! Stay here for sure."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Universal Port. The hotel was very nice, clean, and exactly what you’d expect from a well-run theme park hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were well-kept and comfortable. Amenities were a bit limited, but that’s understandable given the location and the high number of guests. One feature we really appreciated was the luggage storage—being able to store our bags after checkout for free was a big plus. There is a ¥100 deposit, but it’s returned when you bring back the key. We also enjoyed how close the hotel is to the ferry, which made our trip to the Osaka Aquarium much faster and more enjoyable compared to taking the train. While there is a short walk to Universal Studios and the nearby shops, it’s very manageable and actually helps keep the hotel area quieter despite being so close to the park. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again."
