Clean room near Kofu Station with Washer and Dryer on first floor. Very convenient.

Staff was friendly, but the kiosk to check-in felt less warm than a normal check-in. Room was clean and neat, the bed was hard which I've heard is possible for Japanese rooms. A bit odd that the best way to walk there from the train station was to walk through a large park, but it was fine.

We couldn’t try the breakfast because it was fully booked. The hotel has self-service laundry facilities available. The staffs are helpful and polite.

Amazing experience with the onsen next door and it’s included for the stay, breakfast is great and the view of Mt Fuji is fantastic, clean room and facilities, I can surely recommend this to family and friends.
