"We booked and paid for the 3 bedroom beachfront grand villa with private pool. The villa was lovely and the view was great. Within 20 min of arriving and unpacking, we discovered a cockroach nest (NEST) in the drain of one of the showers. The hotel moved us to an “upgraded” villa that was not actually an upgrade at all (moved us to a 5 bedroom with only 2 rooms with a view from a 3 bedroom with 3 rooms with views…keeping in mind there were only 3 of us, so an extra 2 bedrooms was of no use to...

"The property is exc5th 0 po uipilui7ellent. The breakfast was incredible. Selections for everyone. This hotel is not on the beach though. It's across the street about a5 to 6 minute walk. The photos of restaurant on the water is of a beach club that they shuttle you too about 15 min away. It's not part of the hotel. It's also very expensive and not a great selection of food. The photos are misrepresenting of the property being on the beach. Had I known that I would have stayed elsewhere because...
