"I had a horrible experience at this hotel. After an experience with bed bugs I always check the mattresses when I check in. I discovered the mattress was soiled with stains that appear to be urine. The stains covered the entire mattress. I was told by hotel staff when I asked to change rooms that all the mattresses look like this. "It was clean and parking was easy but they have rules I did not have a heads-up about. “No locals” can stay only “out of towners” 32 miles away or more. I just made the cut. That was weird "

"The property was BEAUTIFUL! The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean. Upon arrival, I did my own inspection and the only concern I had was the mattress cover... it was soiled and I was not comfortable sleeping on that. The staff on duty did change it for me with no hesitation. I am definitely looking forward to returning. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Lots of attractions and restaurants in the area.
