"The location was great but our room was not so much. The bed was extra firm. Our family stayed on the 3rd floor and had more comfortable beds so we know it wasn’t the entire hotel. The air conditioning unit sounded like it had cicadas singing arrhythmically because the unit needed maintenance. The door to the room had a massive gap to the hallway and I had to use multiple towels to stuff in there, loosing one in the process to the hallway because of how large the gap was. The hotel was...
