"We booked this bed and breakfast for a weekend marriage conference. Before arriving we were called and told that they had to move our room to the carriage house due to a septic issue with the main manor. The carriage house is a smaller building on the property. Upon arriving it felt a bit run down overall. We entered our room on the second floor of the carriage house. It was small but quaint and what we needed. "Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus."

"Clean rooms. Breakfast and coffee weren’t that great. I did not like the room setup. The bathrooms was located right in front of the beds which I found weird. Anytime someone would use the bathroom The bright lights would go through the glass bathroom door and wake everyone up. The bathrooms needs a fan. It’s not bad place but it is strange. "

"The property has gone through a full renovation. Clean room, clean bathroom with excellent shower head and pressure. Location is good for Sussex County. Although, along a U.S. Hwy, it was quiet. And, I had a room closest to the highway, although well set back."
