"Elevator not running, long wait for the functional one. The hotel staff was a mixed bag. One gentleman very kind and helpful behind the desk, his female peer was mad at the world! We were taking a cruise and stayed here because we would be parking here due to the cruise terminal, not being finished. I think the staff was upset about so many people. "I have never met a more disrespectful staff. Every time we asked a question, we were met with indifference and even worse, rudeness. The hotel description states rollaway beds are available, but we could not find anyone behind the desk who would take the time to help us. We had called about this matter a few times before arrival and then once we checked in. Fortunately, one of the shuttle drivers overheard our conversation and went out of his way to solve our problem. (He got us a rollaway bed.)...
