"Great location next to the Charles River and only two miles from the center of Boston. My room was excellent. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast and dinner. I wish it had been open for lunch. The little cafe shop did not have much of a selection and no hot food. A bonus was the hotel’s fitness room, which was the best I have used."
"what an amazing place to stay... the staff was super helpful.. the lobby has a pool table, ping pong and you can even paint. Super convenient location if you're going to Boston. Room was big, it has a small fridge.. Definitely recommend!!"
"Lovely, large, clean room. Right next to the bus stop, easy commute in to the train lines. Breakfast was really nice. Housekeeping doing an amazing job."
Freepoint Hotel Cambridge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was perfect, very clean and the staff where exemplary and very helpful. Great transport links to the city of Boston. Very close to shops, eateries. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, restraunt and bar, and beautiful seating area to sit after a long day exploring. 10/10"
"very clean very helpful staff. Ace was very kind and greeted us so pleasantly numerous times. He even gave me an umbrella when it was pouring and he was very sweet. I just wish there were more food options in the hotel restaurant."
"The staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms and the lobbies were very clean. And the breakfast was good! Overall even around the area my niece and I felt very safe to walk and explore in. I would recommend!"
"Great location, helpful & friendly staff, good breakfast & very good on-site restaurants plus many nearby dining options (of course the hotel is right near the university & it's right by Harvard Square & all of the dining & shopping to be found right there.
Though the hotel was completely full (it was Harvard's reunion weekend) the hotel never felt crowded & service remained excellent.
My only suggestion/request is re: the room's bedside lighting. The room had two queen-sized beds but only one lamp placed on a table between the two beds (no nightstands or bedside lamps on the other side of the beds.
Anyone who is not right next to the one bedside lamp has very little light to read by, since there is very little light except from the one bedside table and lamp."
