"Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”."

"elevator was not working, I felt really bad for the elderly and people that really need the elevator, we were on the third floor. besides that everything was great, location is wonderful, in the middle of everything."

"This is a beautiful property!!! The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nice and comfortable. Excellent front desk, breakfast & housekeeping staff. Rooms are so clean, beds are comfy! Starbucks right across the street. Near a beautiful walking trail for exercise after dinner."

"We were supposed to either get two queen size beds or one king size bed and we got two full-size beds. My boyfriend is 6‘4“ and I am 6 foot tall. Full-size beds don’t fit us. We didn’t want to complain so we didn’t say anything, but we won’t be going back for fear that would be put into the same room again. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the floors were really dirty."

"The property is a great place to stay if you have an overnight layover. What I wish I knew is that if you are planning to take the airport shuttle (especially in the middle of the night), let them know way in advance, days in advance, and call a few times to confirm."

"I was a solo female traveler. The room was so gross. What seemed to be dirt marks in shower, cracked tub, and just filth all over the bathroom. The bed looked cleanish. But the whole room stunk like cigarettes. The hallways were dark and I felt very unsafe. Outside the building every morning there were several homeless/ drunk people hollering or trying to ask me questions. I would not recommend to anyone! Especially if you are a female traveling alone!!"

"Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!"
