"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. "Buffet was great- location was a quick walk from the train station and the shuttle to airport was a nice convenience. Note that the free shuttle was only available in the morning- at least on the Friday we left so if you needed to leave for the airport after 9am you needed to book a taxi. The 24hr Lawsons on the second floor of the hotel was another bonus. My 10 year old had fun using up the last of her Yen buying snacks. "
