"Had an amazing stay here. The hotel was spotless from the moment we walked in, and smelled incredible. The staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive during the entire stay. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and felt completely new. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"This was the best and the most spacious room hotel I have stayed at in NYC. Its centrally located on 57th St., you are a couple of blocks from Central Park and many other million locations including Columbus Circle for shopping. The staff is super friendly, they bathroom and rooms are well curated and clutter free. Enjoyed every bit! "

"Loved our stay! Clean, spacious room and great location - close to Central Park, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, with a subway station almost right next door. Very comfortable bed, room was cleaned every day, and staff were helpful (although some of them were not very friendly). Our room was at the back of the property so not so great views but we didn’t really mind it as it means it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in NYC!"
