"Es un albergue de nueva generación en el sentido que ofrece habitaciones individuales y toallas como un hotel pero hay que compartir el baño, que no es un problema ya que hay varios en cada planta y siempre los he encontrado limpios. Además, tuvimos que llamarles por teléfono en dos ocasiones, una por olvidar la contraseña de acceso y otra por alargar la estancia un día más y en ambos casos nos atendieron rápidamente y fueron resolutivos. Hemos estado muy cómodos."

"My family of 4 (two adults, two teens) rented a private family room with a private bathroom. The room was very clean and minimalistic. The hostel is in a great location--a short walk to nearby subway and above-ground train stations and adjacent to neighborhoods with lots of good restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. You really cannot beat the price for what you get!"

"Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Der Bau ist vermutlich aus den 20er Jahren, die Decken sind hoch und stuckverziert. Die Athmosphäre ist traumhaft. Das Zimmer war komplett in Ordnung. Das Personal war super freundlich, sprach verschiedene Sprachen. Die Lounge war klasse, Sofas, eine Bar, Bücherregale, sehr zum Wohlfühlen. "

"Der Industriepalast ist sowohl Hostel als auch Low Budget Hotel. Als solches ist er ideal gelegen zwischen Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain - direkt am Verkehrsknotenpunkt Warschauer Straße mit S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Straßenbahn. In jede Richtung gibt es hier Berliner Subkultur, aber man ist auch schnell in den großen Zentren der Stadt."

"Schönes Zimmer, Kontaktloses check in. Ungünstig war nur das vorige abstellen von Gepäck. Check in war erst ab 15:00 möglich und kein Ansprechpartner, wo man das hinterlegen könnte. Also mussten wir wieder zurück zum hbf und dort das Gepäck lagern. Auch braucht man eine Nummer zum einchecken, welche Angeblich in der Mail Bestätigung enthalten sein sollte. Dort war sie aber nicht. Erst nach langer suche war sie über die expedia app einsehbar. Und selbst dort nicht gut ausgeschildert....

Staff when above and beyond, by accident I left some personal items on my room locker and, Carla was kind enough to send the items over my US address. Will come back next year.
