"Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy...

"L'hotel è in una zona abbastanza centrale della città, vicino al palazzo presidenziale e ad pochi minuti dal centro storico. I ragazzi alla reception sono molto cortesi e parlano bene inglese. La camera era davvero grande e ben tenuta, con tanti armadi, una buona cucina, ottimo il bagno (doccia separata dai sanitari) e letti comodi. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ineccepibile."

Extremely friendly and helpful staff on reception and throughout the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping. Great spa - Finnish Sauna and Steam Room open until 11pm. Massage treatments available, although I did not use. Equipped gym also open to guests. Nice public bar as you enter the hotel. All good, no complaints. This is the second time I have...

"This was definitely a 5-star experience, from check in, to the room, housekeeping, facilities, restaurant. The breakfast was definitely a huge highlight. Best coffee in Bratislava! Cooked to order breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay for my husband's birthday weekend. We thank each one of the staff for their hospitality and hope to be back again soon!"
