I didn’t appreciate being told to “take a little walk to reception” to cancel my brunch reservation when I was jet-lagged and still in bed. The rum punch was delicious. "

"This property is in a good location, close to many beaches and amenities. I have been here several times, but I find the upkeep has gone down. All of our in-unit appliances were extremely old and the fridge leaked the entire time (it was replaced on the day we checked out). The power and wifi went out a few times during our 10 days. The furniture is very dated and could use replacement asap. The bathroom has a lot of signs of wear too. The cleaning staff were amazing but I miss the old hotel...

"We stayed at this property for one night when the air space closed at Barbados airport due to an air traffic controller strike. Pros: beautiful clean property, stunning beach view rooms, great food and drink & friendly serving staff. Cons: check in process painful and daunting. I understand that day was chaotic but we had a paid reservation and just kept getting bumped by people that had checked out and returned to the hotel due to cancelled flights. "The rooms and facilities were pretty tired and poor and need a lot of upgrading. The front desk staff was very friendly, but others in the restaurant were not. The beach is quite narrow and small. There arent enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. "

Excellent final day facilities post check out which was a massive bonus and more places should take note. A really awesome hospitality area to allow you to relax and shower prior to final departure. "AC in the room was extremely loud. Bathtub with yellow stain, you don’t expect this for this type of hotel. The Breakfast is ridiculous expensive $35 US dollars per person. The beach across the street is a public beach even when it is a gate to get in using your hotel key. Overpriced hotel. The best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful. The night security guy went beyond words to help us."
