"Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. The walls are thin as we could hear the person next to us coughing as if we were in the same room. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the parts of the hotel we saw look very nice. "

"Staff was very good. The breakfast and bar service was above average. However, for 5 of my 7 day face cloth and beach towels which were supposed to be in the room was non existant. On my fifth day my A/C was dripping water and pots had to be strategically placed so water did not fall on the floor. A technician did come in to fix it and he was somewhat successful. "It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and very well maintained. The staff was not informative at all upon arrival. We were not provided a map or direction of where anything was. Things were not explained. There are only two specialty restaurants and you are only able to eat at one every 3 days or you will have to pay $30 per person to eat at the restaurant. Theres only one restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and the option are limited therefore if you are a picky eater, this place is not...
