"Was a very nice place to stay 2nd time there always a pleasure, amazing food at the restaurant as well as breakfast."

"Dirty towel in my bathroom, hot tub not working dirty water and no closed sign to let guests know. Went for breakfast at 8:15 am (closes at 9 am) almost no hot food, dirty cutlery and no plates. My cream cheese for bagel was brown at the top because it wasn't kept in ice or fridge."

"I have awful pet allergies and asthma, so it’s difficult to find affordable lodging that can accommodate people in my situation. Almo was a great choice for me. No carpet or furniture dogs have been on. With laminate flooring and a clean room, no problem!"

"We were giving a room when we got to the room designated bed was dirty the sink in the bathroom had blood I thought we went to the wrong room Went back to the front desk and asked him if I made a mistake and explained the room was dirty he moved us to a different room TV wasn’t working and the front staff didn’t have any idea how to work it Very poor customer service"

"Pool needs to be open tilll midnight. And security maybe in parking lot? Someone still all my water and power aid and beer I had left in my box of truck"

"Felt like a very irrelevant guest. Certain things broke or not working inside the room. (Blow dryer/tub overflow) I could not eat at main restaurant, got told that they booked to large groups so I will need to go elsewhere for food (felt very unprofessional) and dismissed. As a solo traveller felt my needs/wants were irrelevant because of catering to larger groups. Poor communication Lack of staff - could not utilize spa (was told it was busy season. So I should have booked in advance)...

"Amazing view from the room, off street parking, and easy check-in/check-out were all great! The shower did have an unpleasant smell that did permeate throughout the bathroom which was not ideal but manageable."
