"This hotel was pretty nice. Not necessarily a five star but worth what we paid for. If you’re looking for quick access to the beach, this is not the place. But there were many restaurants around the area of the hotel. A convenience store and a bakery right next door was very nice. The hotel itself was kept very clean, and the staff was fairly helpful."

"We return for a 30-year wedding anniversary trip as we honeymooned here 30 years ago. It was a great nostalgic moment to return to place where we started our family. Amazing service in 2 weeks in Korea traveling the country, I would say Sheila is still our favorite Hotel and comfort and elegance. Only thing is I think they could do better with air circulation to deal with humidity. I noticed everywhere I went in Korea seems to be humid but I also believe that's the experience of all foreigners...

"We stayed at this hotel which is located close to Inchon airport. Even Though they have airport shuttle service we took a taxi since we have to wait for about 30 minutes. I hope the run their airport shuttle bust to terminal 2 more often as they to to terminal 1. Good location, clean rooms with good amenities. There are many restaurants on the site and also many eateries at food corner. They do have Korean JJimgilbang but this was on renovation so we could not use. The staff were excellent and...

"We had a room with the lake view and it was so beautiful throughout the day and night. Room was spacious and clean. Walking around the lake was great at any time of the day. Just beautiful!! The only thing I would ask the hotel to improve is the bathroom lighting. There’s only one light and it was too dark for ladies’morning makeup rituals. There’s no other proper mirrors in the room for an alternative. We had a lunch Buffett and it was pricey but well worth it. The quality of the food...
