From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble. Location great, rooms great, service great, you can’t ask for more than that for an L.A. visit. "

"The room smelled terrible. The whole property is very run down and felt unsafe in general. I did not feel comfortable staying here at all. The carpets in the hallways are very visably dirty. The room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised. The floor noticably sloped in the middle of the room, making me concerned about the structural integrity of the floor. This hotel is so obviously the caliber of a run-down motel that it makes me question the veracity of the positive reviews left here. "

"Pool table was down. Our room had stains on carpet, and room was very humid. Hotel is located in rundown but quiet area. The breakfast option at hotel is not eatable. You are better of going to Farmers Market or somewhere else."
