"The staff were good. I liked the front desk guest services and all housekeepers, maintenance and the kitchen staff. My stay we not that great due to the AC being an issue. It malfunctioned and was intermittently. They said they "fixed" it but it was still on going issue. I wanted percentage/partial refund but they were willing to give a 25 dollar voucher to commissary lol changing rooms on 3rd night wouldn't have made sense since I was leaving the next day anyways. Manager wouldn't even speak...

"Front desk staff was more than lack lustre and had to bring attention to them using the bell while they stood in the room we could see them in. The woman told us their 6am shuttle was booked so we’d have to take the 630am one which would have made us miss our flight so we had to get an uber. Other than that we weren’t there long enough to utilize anything."
