"Great place. Clean. Good-sized room, but smallest bathroom ever! Restaurant on site has limited menu: try the Caesar salad with kale. It is unbelievably good. Skip the dessert. Elevators are smoot and divided so you aren’t stopping at every floor to get to yours."

"We thought the location and staff at the Pantages Hotel was great. So easy to take the train to Union Station because the hotel is a short walk from Queen Station
The staff helped us find some needed supplies and also arranged for a boxed breakfast because of an early pick up to Niagara Falls .
Our room was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint is that the hot water was slow to arrive."

"The hotel is beginning to show some signs of wear and tear. My room was on the second floor by the atrium and didn’t have the best soundproofing, I could hear other rooms at 4am (I am admittedly a light sleeper). Breakfast is good and the staff are courteous and helpful. Good location for exploring the city, especially as the city hop on and hop off tour bus is right outside the entrance."

"I believe this is one of the oldest hotels in Toronto. With that said, it was perfectly fine place to stay with a good downtown location. We were able to walk with our bags to Union Station to catch the UP to the airport. Staff was very nice and professional. Rooms are small, but adequate for the value."
