"The breakfast menu was great. Lots of fresh baked breads, juices, fruits, preserves and choices of coffee. My only problem was the menu had no chicken slices. For those of us who don't eat beef or pork, it was limiting on protein other than eggs (over easy and hard boiled.) Lovely view, that was my favorite part. The room was clean but definitely needs a huge makeover, but since the view was amazing, I didn't mind. It was a bit chilly and the blankets were not enough. I'd probably still go back for the value and the view. Oh and the staff was nice even if none spoke any English but it's their country so it's only fair that I try to learn their language. "

"Rooms basic for a 4 star hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in room. First night room was cold and pillows flat. Poor night sleep. Quite isolated from nearby amenities. Staff at reception not very friendly or helpful. Checked out a day early even though I paid for 3 nights. Probably wouldn’t stay again. None of the facilities were explained to me. 😔😔"

"- A worn-out mattress !!! During our stay, we had to evacuate at night because of a fire... without much panic... luckily, it was just smoke in the basement... I hope??... unfortunately, the staff failed to let us know that everything was okay... so after the evacuation itself, there was chaos... Breakfast was standard....unfortunately, no delicacies The wellness area was good, the pool water temperature was good...unfortunately, it was often very crowded"

"Absolutely awesome hotel. Great specious room more like a small one room apartment. Very nice breakfast. Clean and quiet. Free parking. The only small downside is the distance to the tram or bus to the old town center.but since we came with a car and there is a park & ride free parking lot 3 min. drive from the hotel we had no issue with rhat. Bottom line great hotel especially for travelers with a car."
