"The hotel was great. The room was very nice, lots of space, nice beds and great air conditioning. It was super close to walk to the train station with luggage, near lots of fun little shopping/dining street and easily walkable to the colosseum. Also close to some other highlights like the trevi fountain and Spanish steps. About a 20 min walk one way, which is Greta for Rome. I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff at reception were friendly and accommodating. Jason at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Sta. Maria Maggiore was a five minute walk away while the Trevi Fountain was about 15 minutes on foot. Hotel was also near Via Nazionale train and bus station so it was easy to get around."

"Roma Vespahouse was a fairly basic single room but the location was really practical. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main train station and transport hub and it was 20 - 30 minutes walk from the historic Rome centre. It was also very affordable. You sacrificed some comfort for the price but it was a very good room for the price I paid for a solo traveller. I had no complaints. Would recommend again for anyone travelling as a couple or alone and on a budget."

"Nice Guest House close to Termini (central station) Extremely close to Roma Termini. Very convenient when arriving by train from other parts of Italy 🇮🇹 or travelling to the airport. Area is similar to areas close to central station in any big city. It is convenient to go to other parts of Rome by metro or walking. Possible to walk to city centre in 20-30 minutes. "The narrow street was lovely, and very convenient to the main train station, where you could also catch lots of busses. It's not a usual hotel - there is no front desk and you rarely see staff (which is fine). The only weird thing is that the floor of the guesthouse is not indicated in the elevator, so we had to select a random floor, only to find that the receptionist was on the 4th, but our room was on the 2nd. If you're a light sleeper, the tram on the street might be an issue. It did not...

Rooms are spacious and can sleep 3 at the minimum. Property is clean. Walkable distance from Roma Termini. A lot of restaurants in and around the area. KFC at the corner. Colosseum is 2 stations from Termini Metro B, other attractions such as Travis fountain and others 3 stations from Termini Metro A line."
